Refund/Return Policy
In order to return or exchange ANY item, you MUST contact our offices first. Call Patty at 413-527-9393.
Refunds or exchanges for items received without prior contact will not be issued.Shipping charges are not refundable
CD Exchange PolicyAll unopened items can be exchanged. A $2 reshipping fee will be charged. Any item that is open can not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is defective. Please make sure you have received the correct CD before removing the plastic wrap.
T-shirt PolicyAll unworn items can be exchanged. A $2 reshipping fee will be charged. If the shirt does not fit, we are happy to either exchange the item or refund the cost of the shirt.
